Mo's challenge

This week on Mo's challenge the theme is " Here comes Summer". Mo has loads of images to choose from for this challenge. This one was a freebie that I picked up yonks ago and just sums up my memories of long summers at the now closed Lido in Bath when I was a child. Many a happy summer was spent there with my brother and our friends.  It was always hot and we always took a picnic. Funnily enough my dad used to do the same thing when he was a child! It's just a shame that it's now closed!

    Rosie I couldn't stop smiling when I saw this sweet image...totally adorable and I used to go to a lido in enfield a very long time ago too....!

    Hi Rosy...oooohhhh...this is the second time I've seen this adorable image used...and I have to tell ya, I'm lovin' it more each time I see it! Lobe the bathing cap...and her spindly legs!
