The Purple Princess Masculine pose!

Our favourite purple princess came up with a fab sketch and challenging theme this week. She wanted us to go masculine! Now I needed a card for my brother-in-law and I confess to not having inked up this little chap before! He's from Lili of the Valley and he's been coloured with copics. The die is a Tim Holtz one and the sentiment is a stampin up one.

Easter Browns

Here's Tilda happily minding some eggs, although I am pretty sure, if she's anything like me those eggs in her dress are likely to fall on the floor and break. Somebody give her a basket!! My images have been coloured with promarkers and I used burnt orange, coral, cinnamon, walnut, chestnut, cocoa, black, canary, buttercup, eggshell, sandstone, cocktail pink, antique pink, baby pink, sunkissed pink, blush a selection of greys and a whole lot of love! There may be more, but I don't have the whole collection to hand! I have also played with my Martha Stewart punches and the ribbon was very kindly given to me by Diane. I have also used spellbinders dies, lili of the valley sentiment, wild orchid crafts flowers, some pearls and eyelets from my stash, linen papers and my trusty old sewing machine!! Phew!

Tilda as a Shepherdess.

I made a bit of a boo boo on my tag as I'd stuck the flower on before I'd stamped the sentiment and it didn't stamp correctly, so I had to cover it up with another stamped sentiment. I was really cross with myself about this!! Tilda has been coloured with promarkers. I just can't decide which colouring medium I like best! Time to dig out my paints possibly? I haven't played with them for ages!! I should have been a Gemini not a Pisces!

Tilda obsession!

Yep, I have been playing with my Tildas! I do love her!

My Birthday present from my friend, Diane.

My dear friend, Diane sent me this gorgeous little Tilda for my birthday along with some fabby papers. Yes, I knwo aren't I lucky! She knows how Tilda obsessed I am......as is she!!! Or should that be " she was" as she has sold pretty much most of her Tilda's now. She did have an amazing collection, but luckily for me, I have been acquiring quite a collection of her Tildas and I can assure her that they have definitely gone to a Tilda loving home! This was the card I made her as a thankyou, with the stamp she bought me. lovely lady!
It's been coloured with a combination of copics and promarkers.

Craftbubble challenges!

I am also behind on these, so here's a catch up! Last week the lovely Nicola set the challenge and I used the new Michael Powell stamp from Docrafts. It was quite daunting to start colouring initially, I have to say, and I used promarkers as my copic stash is so limited.

This week the super talented Karen set the challenge and she is making sure that we all keep on track with making Christmas cards and has gone for a Christmas carol/song card to get us into the festive spirit!! I can't say that I'm feeling it, with the sun shining as beautifully as it is!! This one has been coloured with copics and she's a Penny Black stamp.

New Di's digi challenge.

Oh my oh my I am so late with things this week! I have just had so much going on that I haven't had time to catch up here and this is why I am a bit behind. Never mind, I am back now and I want to post up the new challenge over at Di's digi challenge. This week we are sponsored by Joanna Sheen, so do pop over to the challenge blog and enter. Also do take a look at my fellow DT's creations using Di's fabby images. They are all stunning! The theme of this week's challenge is embossing and this can be wet or dry. i have used the gorgeous bubble duck which can be purchased here and my image has been coloured with prisma pencils. There's plenty of stickles here too!

Husband's birthday card.

It's hubby's birthday on the 25th and it'a milestone for him! I won't say which, but it's nifty something! So I didn't put a number on it because I know he's a bit touchy about the subject! The image is a lili of the valley and it has been coloured with promarkers. I'm still preferring the copics though, I have to say! I have added limited embellishments and just a simple layout. I just hope that he likes it!
