House mouse sunflower

I spied this cute image over at a friend's blog and I confessed to her that I had the stamp, but it had never seen ink! I have now rectified this and inked it up! I coloured my image with an assortment of copics.

Feeling blue?

My hand is much better today. Not completely healed  but half way there. I spied this gorgeous digi over at Saturated Canary, it's called Pixie Nerd, and have had great fun colouring her in blue, using promarkers. I think I'll enter this card into the Passion for promarkers challenge, which is add a sentiment. Fortunatley this lovely digi comes complete with a sentiment too.

Easter Saturated Canary.

Two more pretty Easter cards I made this week. Both coloured with promarkers.

Easter challenge over at Di's digi designs

Another fortnight has passed. Where does the time go? This time Di's design team have been playing with some of her lovely Easter designs. Here's my little lovely. I wanted to put a sentiment on it, but having slashed the palm of my hand with a knife this week, it's proving a little painful to hold things and is quite sore!
Do pop over and join our lovely challenge though as Easter isn't far away now!
I have made this digi quite large, one of the beauties of digital images and she has been coloured with promarkers. It's almost quite CAS for me as there aren't any additional flowers, but I wanted the lovely detailed image to be my focal point.

Restoration!

I have been feeling somewhat nostalgic in my old age and have had a go at some restoration projects recently!
Before                                                                           After

I have re-styled and conditioned the hair and knitted the outfit for this one.

.
Next up this one has had  all of her new hair sewn in plug by plug by me as well as the tiny eyelashes. I almost gave up I confess as this one took me ages and gave me very sore fingers! But her face has changed so much now she has all of her lashes!

Before
After

The next one had a broken leg, so I fixed her by restringing the body, so now she works again and the hair was all matted, so I have fixed this too.
And finally this one had blue dyed hair and wasn't in a good state as she looked like this. So I sorted out the hair and made her a new dress and now................

Before
 she looks like this.

After
So you may be thinking I have gone completely mad in my old age, but actually it's quite therapeutic seeing things that would have been probably thrown away being given new life and I've really enjoyed creating. It's a bit of a change from card making but I'm enjoying it for now!

Sunday Greens with a bit of love.

See  I just love this inkadinkado stamp set and I particularly love this little snowman. This was a quick and easy make, just snippets of ...
