Here is today’s card. It’s a thank you card for a family member for a Christmas present. I have used the lovely Lili of the valley stamp, coloured it with promarkers, used a sizzix Moroccan tile die and the papers are first edition rose garden collection.

Teddy going upstairs
So I am still playing with Christmas images and this one is from the Lili of the Valley set that I bought before Christmas. I haven’t had much time to play with these but now that things have settled down Imrind myself reaching for all of the goodies I bought that haven’t yet seen ink. I coloured this one with promarkers and used a memory box star die as an accent. It’s quite plain and simple for me, but love how this one has coloured up so well. I am determined to use up these sentiment banners that I had for absolutely yonks, but I’m sure that they multiply over night.
I’m going to enter this one in to the following challenges.
Owl 🦉 cuteness
So I just love, my favorite things stamps and the Christmas releases had me reaching for my purse and I had to have them! Here’s one I made. It has been coloured with promarkers and I made the background using my distress oxide inks, these are another of my favourite things. I just love what you can do with them.

Lili of the valley- Carol singing
Love these lovely Carol singers from Lili of the valley. I have coloured them with promarkers, used lawn fawn stitched border dies and some hobbycraft intricut dies for the snowflakes, which were a bargain!
I’m going to enter this card in to the following challenge

Copics versus spectrum noir pens.
The image on the right has been coloured with spectrum noirs and the one on the left I have coloured with copics. Personally I prefer the copic coloured one as the spectrum noirs were not as easy to blend as the copics. I did use x-press it copic card for copics and Neenah solar crest for the spectrum noirs. Generally though, the price paid for spectrum noirs is cheaper than copics but you cannot buy the refills for spectrum noirs so as pens dry up you are a bit stuck. I also have some refill inks for a couple of the spectrum noirs but was horrified to find that that too has evaporated😡 so sorry spectrum noirs, you lose my vote!
Kit and clowder classes.
I love colouring, I confess, it’s so relaxing and immersing. I have been doing kit and clowder classes quietly for a while and have enjoyed the process without the commitment to have to create “ a project” with it. I have experimented with a range of media and here’s some work using kraft paper and prismacolor pencils. Tomorrow I’ll post some work with spectrum noirs versus copic. Which will win? X
A different phase.
I adore the lawn fawn and my favourite things stamps and dies. I haven’t stopped by here in years , but I signed in tonight and had this as an unpublished post. I was contemplating deleting the blog as I don’t use it anymore.....but now I saw these I thought that the delete button may not have been a good idea... I’ll wait and see what happens. Xx
