Polkadoodles, holidays and school is out!

Yay, school is out for the summer so I finally have time to craft and time to sort out my craft stuff! Sometimes you can have just too much stuff that you no longer use, so I plan to destash over the next few weeks. I already have a bag of bits and pieces that I know my nephew will make the most of as he has the crafting bug and had used all the stuff I previously gave him. Anyway, I have played with distress inks and came up with this little card. I’m going to enter it in to the Polkadoodles challenge. The stamp is called “just for you Winnie” and is perfect for a girlie birthday.

This week Polka Doodles are having a blog hop and to go alongside this you have to make a male themed card. Here's my card using thie fab free download. This card also fits the theme for this month's lothian crafts challenge which is also a male card.

There is a new challenge on the Polka doodles challenge blog.  The challenge is to use three patterned papers. I have gone with using the Sugar birdies cdrom.  It's so pretty and the papers are so beautiful. Here, I have made it into a little easel card. Sorry about the darkness of the photo!
