Dotties world challenge.

This week on Dottie's world challenge, the brief was to take inspiration from your garden. Here's mine. The little robin visits me every day! I have a little fence and lots of yellow flowers and a few strawberries hence colouring the pixie's dress in a strawberry colour.

Penny Black

Finally here's a card that I made earlier from an image that my friend Teresa sent me. I have coloured this one with H20s. The papers were freebies from a mag and the sentiment is from the popcorn stamp set.

New crafters companion Challenge.

My fellow blogger Wendy has been very busy setting up a new crafter's companion challenge blog. If you have any of the crafter's companion cds and/ or stamps then this is definitely worth a look and there is also a prize up for grabs! There is a sketch to follow. Here's my take on the sketch, but I am a bit cross as I have managed to put a blob of ink on Popcorn's nose!!

Beautiful pixie.

I have made this card using the new pixie download set 1 from charmed cards and crafts. I think I will give it to my sis in law who is having a 40th birthday soon.

Well, I have finally got my act together and got my mojo back.....I think! I went on holiday to Cornwall a couple of weeks ago and when I came back it seemed that my mojo had completely vanished....left on the beach I think!

Anyway, I seem to be getting back into the swing of things now and thought I would put up some more cards on my blog. I have been feeling ill today with the horrible sickness and diarrhoea ( yuck) so can't be too far from the bathroom and have had an impromptu day off work, shame I haven't been able to enjoy it!!

On Saturday the let's get stamping group over on Craftbubble had the usual challenge and there was a sketch to follow as well as the added twist of using the colours red, white and blue.

Inspiration for a card

These little beauties are growing in my garden. Well minus one now as the biggest one was ready and willing and saying eat me!! Beautiful inspiration for a summer card though I think!

Promarker challenge and Dareu challenge

This weeks promarker challenge was to use cinnamon and pumpkin. I was delighted to also discover that the dare u challenge this week is to use chocolate and brown. My images are from pollycraft, papers one freebie and one pink petticoat and I had great fun distressing the buttons. I haven't put a sentiment on it as I felt it could be used for several different occassions and I would be able to add that later.

Pollycraft Monday challenge

This week on Pollycraft Monday challenge, the challenge was to use 2 papers, 3 embellishments and 1 image. Here's my take on the challenge. This also fits last weeks promarker challenge to use apple and pastel pink! I am a week behind lol!! The papers are freebies from a mag.

This card was sent to my friend Kathy on Craftbubble when it was her birthday. She loves purple!!

Teresa's card

This was for my friend Teresa! I couldn't post it before as she might have seen it! We set ourselves a challenge to send a card with a recipe of cute companions stamps, pink petticoat papers, two flowers and two brads. I used promarkers and h20s to colour. I also made the little butterflies 3d.

Dottie's world challenge

This week on the Dottie's World challenge blog was holes and distressing! I was very distressed at first on this challenge, but then I was looking at my beans in the garden and saw the holes made in the leaves from those darn pests and I was suddenly enlightened! I used free papers form a card mag, a penny black bee and the little wellies were from the new cute companions stamps. Coloured with promarkers and H20s. I distressed the little sizzix flowers.

Dare u to digi stamp challenge and allsorts challenge

I managed to fit two challenges in here! I am pleased about that! The dare u challenge was to use a digi stamp as usual and ribbons. the allsorts challenge this week is to use pink and white, my fave colours! I love this card and don't want to be parted from it!! The image is new from digi stamp boutique.

Craftbubble challenge

Over on the craftbubble lets get stamping group there is a challenge this week to follow Katie's sketch with the added twist of using colours together that you wouldn't normally and using up old leftover scrap bits from your stash. I actually found this quite difficult as I didn't seem to have enough in my leftovers to put together a really good card. Here's my effort anyway. I have used a digi image form the digi stamp boutique, the little bird is from my win from willow designs, which is also a download and the papers are various bits that I have printed out and used! Also the butterflies were stamped from a cute companions set, leftover from making another card which I can't put on here yet until the ricipient gets it!! Yes, you Teresa!!
